Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or service at any time. To cancel, please contact our support team with your account details. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation effective at the end of the month.
• Annual subscriptions: Cancellation effective at the end of the year.
• One-time services: Cancellation requests must be made before service delivery begins.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in accordance with the following terms. Please note that as a consultancy-based firm specializing in AI and business solutions, certain services are non-refundable due to the nature of our work.

• Refunds for unused portions of subscriptions are available within 30 days of cancellation.
• Refunds for one-time services are available if the service has not been delivered or is unsatisfactory, within 14 days of purchase.
• Processing time for refunds is 5-10 business days after approval.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

To protect the integrity of our consultancy services and ensure fair compensation for the specialized expertise we provide, the following services are non-refundable:

• Software Codebase Purchases: Once a software codebase or custom AI model has been delivered and accessed, refunds are not available. This is because the intellectual property has been transferred, and the code represents significant development time and proprietary knowledge.
• Consultant Work and Custom Projects: Services involving direct consultation, custom development, or personalized solutions are non-refundable once work has commenced. For example, if we've invested time in analyzing your business needs, developing a tailored automation script, or providing technical consulting sessions, these cannot be refunded as the time and expertise cannot be recovered.
• Training and Workshops: Any training sessions, workshops, or educational content that has been provided or accessed is non-refundable, as the knowledge transfer is irreversible.

These policies are in place to maintain the quality and sustainability of our consultancy services. By investing in custom solutions, you're receiving tailored expertise that saves time and drives results for your business. We encourage thorough discussions during the scoping phase to ensure the service meets your needs before commencement.

Exceptions

Certain services may have different cancellation and refund terms, which will be specified in your service agreement. Custom projects or consulting services may not be eligible for refunds once work has commenced.
